One of the world's largest ice cream manufacturers (Haagen-Dazs licensed markets, Oreo ice cream, Nuii, Cadbury ice cream). Joint venture founded 2016, owned ~50/50 by Nestle S.A. and a PAI Partners-led investor group. In February 2026 Nestle agreed to sell its remaining non-JV ice cream businesses to Froneri while keeping its 50% JV stake.
